Gentle Companions
Keeperlings are handmade companions, not rough play toys. Handle them gently, support delicate areas when holding them, and give them a safe place to rest when they are not being held.
Cleaning
Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the shape, stitching, and details.
Safety Eyes
Keeperlings use safety eyes secured during making. As with any handmade item, please check occasionally and contact Harmony if any detail becomes loose.
Age Guidance
Keeperlings contain small details and are not intended for children under three. If a Keeperling is joining a child, a responsible adult should oversee their care.
Weighted Companions
Some Keeperlings may be intentionally weighted to provide a comforting physical presence. Weighted companions should be used with appropriate guidance and are not a medical treatment or therapy.
Individual Care
Each Keeperling has individual care needs. Please review the Care & Safety section on their profile before adoption, as some companions have specific guidance.
