Because each Keeperling is handmade and one of one, they are not mass produced goods. If something is not right with your Keeperling, please reach out — Harmony cares deeply that every companion arrives safely and is loved.
Damage During Shipping
If your Keeperling arrives damaged, please contact hello@thekeeperlings.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. Harmony will work with you to repair or make things right.
Repairs
Keeperlings are made to be loved for a lifetime. If a well loved companion needs a gentle repair over the years, contact Harmony to arrange mending.
