No. The Keeperlings do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any physical or mental health condition. They are companions. Their Callings represent emotional recognition and companionship — never medical treatment or a promise of any outcome.

Every available Keeperling has its price shown clearly on its profile in Canadian dollars (CAD). Original Keeperlings are one of a kind handmade characters, generally priced at $200 CAD or more. Custom Keeperlings are commissioned individually — we confirm availability, timeline, and price before anything begins, with no obligation.

Keeperlings are made and shipped from British Columbia, Canada. Available Keeperlings are posted within 3 business days of a confirmed adoption. Custom commissions ship after completion, on a timeline agreed with Harmony. Each one is hand-wrapped in recycled tissue inside a sturdy kraft box, tracked and insured. Canadian and international shipping are available. Exact shipping is shown at checkout and details are listed on every Keeperling's profile.

Soft acrylic, cotton, chenille, and velvet yarns, recycled polyfill, and embroidered or safety features. Each profile lists its specific materials, dimensions, and care instructions.

Never. Original Keeperlings are unique handmade characters. Once adopted, that exact Keeperling will not be recreated. Adopted companions are remembered permanently in the Adoption Archive.

You share what feels right about the person the Keeperling is for — colours, humour, symbols, sensory preferences, and, if you wish, what they are carrying. Sensitive questions are always optional. We then crochet a one-of-a-kind companion with its own story. The recipient is always treated as a whole human being, never as a diagnosis.

Available Now means a Keeperling is made and ready to go home. Coming Soon means it is on the way, still being made. Adopted means it has already gone home and will not be made again. The status is always shown first and clearly, so you never have to guess.

It is access, not a newsletter. Kin List members get the first look at upcoming Keeperlings, first reveals, release announcements, and new adoption stories before anyone else. We only write when something is worth your time, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

When a Keeperling is available, you apply to adopt them and tell Harmony a little about who they would be going home with. Harmony reviews every request personally — adoptions are not approved solely by who clicks first. If it feels like the right match, you receive a private adoption link within two business days. No payment is taken when you submit a request.

No. Submitting an adoption request never takes a payment. If your request is approved, you receive a private link with the next steps for payment and shipping. That link stays open for 48 hours.

Harmony reviews every request personally and chooses the home she believes is the right fit. Adoption is not a race — it is a thoughtful match. If a Keeperling is already being matched with someone, their status changes to Adoption Pending so no one is left guessing.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the adoption price or shipping. Your local postal carrier usually collects them on delivery.

Because each Keeperling is one of one and handmade, returns are handled case by case with care. If something is not right, write to Harmony and she will work with you to make it right. Please see our Returns page for the full policy.

Every shipment is insured. If a Keeperling arrives damaged, contact Harmony right away with a photo and she will make it right — whether that means a careful repair or another path forward. Please reach out before discarding any packaging.

Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let air dry. Avoid machine washing or soaking, which can change their shape. Keep them away from direct heat and sharp things. Each Keeperling's profile lists any specific care needs — for example, Milo's head needs support when he is held.

Yes. If a stitch loosens or a detail comes undone over time, write to Harmony. She can often guide a gentle repair or, in some cases, mend a Keeperling by hand so they can keep being held.

Custom Keeperlings are made by hand and take time. Harmony will confirm availability, timeline, and price before anything begins, with no obligation. Timelines depend on her current queue and the complexity of the piece.

Safety eyes are specially designed plastic eyes that lock together through the fabric so they cannot be pulled out by hand. They are a standard, secure choice for handmade companions. Even so, please check them occasionally and keep Keeperlings away from babies and pets who might chew.

Some Keeperlings may be intentionally weighted to provide a comforting physical presence. A weighted Keeperling is a comfort companion, not a medical device, and makes no claim to relieve pain. If weighting matters to you, mention it in a custom inquiry.
