The Keeperlings is a handmade companion brand operated by Harmony from British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what information you share with us and how we care for it.
What We Collect
When you submit an adoption request, a custom Keeperling inquiry, or join the Kin List, you may share your name, email address, city and country, and details about who a Keeperling would be joining and why. You may also share personal context about someone’s circumstances, feelings, or situation. Sensitive health information is never required, and you should only share what feels comfortable.
How We Use It
Harmony personally reviews adoption requests and custom inquiries to understand who a Keeperling would be going home with. Your information is used to respond to your request, arrange adoption or commission details, and — if you join the Kin List — to let you know when new Keeperlings arrive. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to diagnose, treat, or evaluate any health condition.
Sensitive Details
If you choose to share personal circumstances in an adoption request or custom inquiry, those details are treated with care and used only to help Harmony understand the match. Sensitive details are never included in a Keeperling’s story or shared publicly without your explicit permission.
Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We may use trusted tools to store inquiries and send email, and we may share information where required by law.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from the Kin List at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@thekeeperlings.com.
