Handmade Companions
Every Keeperling is handmade, one of one, and created in limited numbers. Slight variations in stitching, shape, and detail are part of what makes each Keeperling an individual and are not defects.
Adoption Requests
Submitting an adoption request does not guarantee adoption and does not create a financial obligation. Harmony personally reviews each request. If approved, you will receive a private adoption link with payment and shipping details. A Keeperling is not reserved until an adoption is approved and payment is completed.
Custom Commissions
Custom Keeperling inquiries are reviewed individually. Harmony will confirm availability, timeline, and price before any work begins. No custom work starts until details are agreed and any required deposit is received.
Not Medical Products
Keeperlings are comfort companions. They are not medical devices, therapy, or treatment, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any physical or mental health condition.
Safety
Keeperlings contain small details and safety eyes and are not intended for children under three. Weighted Keeperlings, where offered, should be used with appropriate guidance. Please review each Keeperling’s Care & Safety information.
