Where We Ship From
All Keeperlings are handmade and shipped from British Columbia, Canada. Canadian and international shipping are available.
Processing Time
Ready made Keeperlings are posted within 3 business days of a confirmed adoption. Custom commissions ship after completion, on a timeline agreed with Harmony.
Packaging
Each Keeperling is hand wrapped in recycled tissue inside a sturdy kraft box, with their adoption certificate, story, and care guide.
Tracking
Shipments are tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking number once your Keeperling is on the way.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the adoption price.
